The brand needed to exude expertise and professionalism, even delivered by a friendly individual. It needed to express high-end comforts while remaining accessible to a large audience. It strives to be ethical and earthy yet convey the wondrous experience of exploring the wild.

Ellie, the elephant

As one of the Big Five common both to East Africa and India, the wisdom and playfulness of an elephant was perfect to represent Safarinut (not to mention that the founder claims it is his favourite animal to “hang out” with).

The Safarinut branding had everything, from the classics: business cards and document designs, to the more unique: Passbook business cards for instant shares, laser engraved bush knives, dynamic interactive trip proposals, and a custom Notion CRM.

An immersive experience

Being in the bush is all about being…in the bush, completely separated from the world outside. With the help of stunning wildlife footage and photos, the website seeks to create a safari bubble as you navigate it. As you dive into the pages and stories told by the founder, you get a sense of the Safarinut Experience, bespoke, unique and almost entirely devoid of other tourists.
